Photographer
Tim Mantoani is working on a labor of love - Behind The Photographs. A an auspicious project documenting the photographers behind well known photographs, along with the photographs themselves. He writes on his blog about them
here - and we had a chance to catch up with him while he was inbetween portraits during the 2008 PhotoPlus Expo, and then were able to see him make an image of photographer John Reuter, who has run the Polaroid 20x24 studio since 1980. It's a remarkable process to see one of these images processed and produced - yes, still in 90 seconds.
